The Choices Prenatal Program offers you personalized care of the highest medical standards for a positive pregnancy and birth experience. Our comprehensive program includes visits with the prenatal care/obstetrical team, complete laboratory work-up, sonography, and any additional examinations and services you will require during your pregnancy. Out of Town Program

CHOICES will assist out-of town patients with arranging and paying for overnight accommodations at a nearby hotel as well as transportation to and from the clinic.

CHOICES now accepts New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Delaware State Medicaid.

Family Planning Benefit Program at CHOICES

The Family Planning Benefit Program is FREE for residents of New York State who meet certain citizenship requirements, can have children, meet income guidelines and do not qualify for Medicaid or Family Health Plus.

Birth control and other family planning services are available within the FPBP, including HIV counseling and tests, Essure, and check-ups.
